Greg Ellingson was born and raised in Baker City, Oregon. He was the oldest in a family of five with two younger sisters. After graduating high school he attended the Air Force Academy to play football, get an education & pursue a career in the Air Force. His first assignment was in LA where he helped develop satellites & future space systems. After 5 years of program management & engineering experience in LA, he moved to Cape Canaveral, Florida to manage the launch operations of government communication satellites and more importantly to marry the love of his life Jen, also an Air Force Officer. Hello, my name is Ricky Melo. I was born in Massachusetts and lived there as a child. My family moved to Melbourne in 1990 and I have lived in Brevard county ever since. After graduating from Eau Gallie High School, I received my Associates Degree from Brevard Community College while I worked for Mercedes Benz of Melbourne.  Now I am a full-time Realtor.

Living in Brevard County has allowed me to pursue my favorite outdoor activities such as boating, going to the beach and camping.  This part of Florida is ideal for spending time with my family, friends, and soon to be new wife, Jen.

Seeing people acquire new homes and helping people sell the ones they are in, is one of the most satisfying sides of this business. I am a retired Fortune 500 Corporate Executive with over 30 years of experience in the financial, operations, purchasing, and real estate development areas of expertise both in the US and Internationally. I am a Florida native born in Tallahassee where I graduated from Florida State University in 1971. My family and I have lived in Brevard County since 1961, and I now reside in the Baytree National Golf Links Community in Melbourne, Fl, where I serve the community as a Baytree Community Development District Supervisor. Further, I am on the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Center Condominium Association where I serve as Treasurer. My wife and I love Florida and the Spacecoast.

My current community service and extensive career experience give me a unique perspective to servicing the special needs of relocation clients coming to the Spacecoast.

Lynn Titus

Lynn Titus was born and raised in a small town just outside of Bangor, Maine.  After graduating from high school Lynn served for the next six years in the United States Air Force, the last two years of which were spent as an in-flight refueling operator on KC-135 aircraft.  After traveling the world and being a mom, Lynn moved back to Maine.  She joined the Maine Air National Guard as an active duty member serving in the fields of personnel, training, recruiting and retention.  She retired from active duty with the Vermont Air National Guard in 2008.  Lynn and her husband vacationed a number of times in Florida and decided to one day retire here.  She grew weary of the New England winters, and upon her military retirement, Lynn and her husband decided to make the Melbourne Florida area their permanent home.  While shopping for a home, Lynn was introduced to Greg Ellingson through a mutual friend.  After her positive experience with Ellingson properties, she happily moved into a new career as an Executive Assistant, and is the now the newest member of the Ellingson Team!

Terrence Crovo has been a resident of Brevard County for the past 35 years.  In this time, Terry has raised a family, developed a large network of friends and associates, become a Licensed General Contractor, and in 1994 obtained his Florida Real Estate License.  In his free time, Terry enjoys surfing, traveling and spending time with his family.

I have been in the Real Estate and Building Industries for over 34 years as a contractor in New York and a Realtor in New York and Delaware.

While residing in New York, I owned residential investment properties in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Florida and a commercial property in New York.

My relocation to Florida in 2005 involved purchasing a piece of land and erecting a building where my wife now operates her business. This project required my total involvement in every decision from start to finish.  It involved land acquisition, contract negotiation, preparation and packaging of loan documents, develop projections from start-up through fifth year, assessing impact fees, landscape bond, and evaluating interior/exterior components.  I also had to Interview and select engineers, architects and contractors and go through the permitting phases.
 
My experience has given me the knowledge, compassion and ability to listen.  It will help me serve the needs of sellers and buyers of Commercial Real Estate. Honesty and Integrity means everything to me.

After a 26-year career in the U.S. Army, posted in Tennessee/Kentucky, Washington State, North Carolina, Europe, and Saudi Arabia, my wife and I searched for a year to find where we wanted to live.  On the road from Bar Harbor, Maine, to Key West, Florida, we discovered Brevard County.  Clean industry, stable economy, an excellent education system and health care were included on our wish list of the perfect place to live.  Add the beaches, the weather, proximity to large city amenities and a great friendly community, Brevard County is the perfect place to call home.

We chose the Viera community in which to build and live.  I entered the Real Estate industry, specializing in new home construction and community development in the fall of 2002, initially focusing on communities in Viera East.  Later, as the development west of I-95 was approved, I worked exclusively with new construction sales in Summer Lakes and Charolais Estates. I have provided hundreds of new friends with Viera community information and relocation assistance.  My Viera centric focus is simple “I live in Viera, I work in Viera, I invest in Viera, I know Viera”.  Even though employment opportunities in the defense industry occasionally call me away from “home”, I maintain my Real Estate foot planted firmly to allow me to continue to provide sales assistance on a referral basis.

Susan grew up in Toronto, Canada.  After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, she put her degree to work as an Exploration Geologist in Canada and Peru.  Susan also worked with Migrant Education in Idaho. 

Married to an Air Force pilot, she has moved around frequently, having lived in Canada, Peru, Uruguay, Texas, Virginia, and Idaho. 

Susan has now settled in Florida and enjoys keeping all the agents in line as the Executive Assistant at Ellingson Properties!
