In late 2011, my husband and I had decided to sell our home and move into a larger home. We listed our home with another company and were very disappointed in the service we received. We did sell our home, but with much heartache. When it was time to look for a new home, we knew the most important decision would be to find a real estate agent who we could trust and depend on to handle the transaction as if it were their own.
