Founded in 1990

Viera is the newest community in Brevard County, founded by a Czechoslovakian farming family. Viera first began its building in early 1990 with 3,000 acres consisting of over 7,000 beautiful new homes. In the future, Viera will consist of over 22,000 acres of land.
