Still others are new to the Space Coast area, relocating perhaps for employment purposes or to be closer to family and/or friends, and even more know only what they've heard or seen online about living in Brevard County and the beautiful Space Coast area of Florida.

It is no coincidence Diane has been successful in real estate for over the past 33 years. She has been a licensed PA real estate associate since 1986 and a licensed PA real estate Broker since 2005. She furthered her real estate career by owning and Broker operating her own ERA franchise office for 7 years in PA while also being a "snowbird" resident here in Melbourne. While Diane was born and raised in Northeastern PA and is a diehard Eagles fan, she and her husband Joseph relocated permanently from her beloved PA in 2011 after falling in love with Brevard County and the Space Coast. Shortly thereafter she obtained her Florida real estate license, combining her two biggest loves...real estate and FLORIDA!!!
